I think one of the things I love about dipping is that it always changes my perspective on things. The view itself is a shift from the land view which is frequently dominated by the human-made being big, the prominence and importance of things human where they dominate the perspective. The sea view is human small, distant, insignificant. Nature, water, light, breathing, experiencing, seeing - really seeing, absorbing.

My brain perspective shifts along with this change from human focus, my worries go quiet, my thoughts settle into the background and I get to just be in the water, swimming and breathing and living. Its what I need to keep my noisy brain in check. It keeps me settled and makes me buzz in equal measure!

I hope this new little print reminds you to allow your perspective to change every so often and enjoy the change.
