This print evokes the feeling of a sunrise surf, paddling out to join surf friends or family to start the day the right way. For me, surfing is a release and a pleasure. In my prints the birds symbolise cares flying away and my positivity soaring through being in the sea, hanging out with the natural world and paddling out to catch the wave of the day.

Surfing is one of those activities where the whole world can reset and what seems like a bad day can suddenly be transformed into an amazing day thanks to a hug from mother nature. Embracing the truly great outdoors is the best thing for any mind, remembering the power of the sea and how it is ever changing.
